Pattern Brands Acquires Yield and Poketo as Part of $25M Series B-Funded Expansion

Pattern Brands, a New York–based portfolio of direct-to-consumer home and lifestyle brands, raised $25M in a Series B and used the capital to acquire stationery/home-goods brand Poketo and tabletop/apothecary brand YIELD. The acquisitions expand Pattern Brands’ portfolio and give the platform additional DTC and retail-ready consumer brands to scale using its shared operations and e-commerce infrastructure.
