Prospect Partners completed a recapitalization of ProClip USA, LLC, a Madison, Wisconsin-based designer and distributor of mounting solutions for mobile electronic devices, with a subordinated debt and equity co-investment from Aldine Capital Partners. Enterprise Bank & Trust provided senior debt financing, Promontory Point Capital advised the sellers, and founder Bjorn Spilling will continue as CEO as the company pursues organic growth and add-on acquisitions.
