The Firefly Group, a lower‑middle market investment firm, has acquired a majority ownership interest in EOS Worldwide. Amherst Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to EOS; EOS leadership including CEO Mike Paton, President Kelly Knight, and founders Gino Wickman and Don Tinney retain significant ownership and will remain active. New Canaan Funding provided financing for the transaction.
