Transworld Systems Inc. (TSI) agreed to acquire Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A.'s Financial Services business, including Nationwide Credit, Inc. (NCI), for $44 million. The deal (a carve-out/divestiture) expands TSI's accounts receivable management and customer-relationship-management capabilities and grows its global operations (U.S., India, Philippines), adding approximately 2,300 employees.

(TSI) has acquired DebtNext, a provider of enterprise receivables management SaaS, to strengthen TSI’s technology-enabled revenue recovery and receivables management offerings. The deal will integrate DebtNext’s dPlat platform with TSI’s collections, healthcare recovery, and loan servicing solutions to deliver enhanced analytics, automation, and compliance-driven workflows across financial services, healthcare, telecommunications and other end markets.

New Canaan Funding provided financing for the transaction.

NextGen Healthcare Acquires TSI Healthcare

NextGen Healthcare, Inc. agreed to acquire TSI Healthcare, a Chapel Hill, North Carolina-based value-added reseller of NextGen practice management and EHR solutions. The deal includes $68 million in cash upfront plus up to $22 million in earnout, is effective November 30, 2022, and is expected to add approximately $10–12 million of revenue in the remaining four months of fiscal 2023 while expanding NextGen’s presence in specialty physician markets.
