Eye Health America (EHA), a PE‑backed eye care practice management platform, has acquired Nielsen Eye Center and Eye Centers of Florida to expand its clinical footprint and continuum of eye care services in Florida. Nielsen Eye Center's two Tampa Bay offices will be rebranded as Updegraff Laser Vision; Eye Centers of Florida adds an 11‑location presence in the Ft. Myers–Naples market and an accredited ambulatory surgery center.
