Peak Rock said the investment will provide growth capital to accelerate Mojix's product roadmap, pursue organic growth and strategic acquisitions, and expand the company's technology capabilities and geographic footprint.

Alta Equipment Group Acquires PeakLogix

Alta Equipment Group Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire PeakLogix, a Midlothian, Virginia-based material handling systems integrator that designs and installs warehouse automation and storage systems. The acquisition expands Alta's materials handling capabilities and geographic footprint; PeakLogix generated about $25 million in revenue and $2 million in operating income in FY2019. Terms were not disclosed and the transaction is expected to close by the end of June, subject to customary conditions.
