Premium Label & Packaging Solutions Acquires Luminer Converting Group

Premium Label & Packaging Solutions (a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital) has acquired Luminer Converting Group, a converter of pressure-sensitive and booklet labels with manufacturing facilities in Lakewood, New Jersey and Red Lion, Pennsylvania. The acquisition is an add-on to PLPS to expand its label converting and manufacturing capabilities across pharmaceutical, medical, cosmetics/beauty and other end markets.

Resource Label Group Acquires Pharmaceutic Litho and Label Company

Resource Label Group (RLG), a portfolio company of Ares Management, has acquired Pharmaceutic Litho and Label Company (PLLC), a manufacturer of printed inserts, labels and packaging components with locations in Simi Valley, California and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. PLLC will combine with RLG's recently acquired MedLit Solutions to expand and strengthen RLG's national pharmaceutical and healthcare packaging capabilities.

Graphic Label, headquartered in Yakima, Washington, provides AIDC consumables, hardware, software and on-site services primarily to the food & beverage market — the add-on expands Peak's geographic reach into the Pacific Northwest, strengthens on-site service and label capabilities, and creates cross-selling opportunities.

The acquisition — PPC's seventh in four years — expands PPC's western U.S. footprint and adds labeling and flexible-packaging capabilities for nutraceutical, snack, confectionery and specialty consumer brands.

HP Mile is a converter of custom pressure-sensitive labels, extended content labels and specialty tapes with manufacturing facilities in Syracuse, New York and Old Saybrook, Connecticut and approximately 40 employees.

Resource Label Group, a PE-backed label and packaging manufacturer, has acquired Cypress MultiGraphics, adding two Midwest facilities in Tinley Park, Illinois and Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. The acquisition, completed by Resource Label (a portfolio company of First Atlantic Capital and TPG Growth), expands Resource Label's manufacturing footprint and capabilities in durable labels, nameplates and overlays.
