Premium Label & Packaging Solutions (PLPS), a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital (DPC), has acquired Label Graphics Manufacturing, Inc. (LGM), a New Jersey-based converter of custom pressure-sensitive labels and shrink sleeves. LGM operates manufacturing facilities in Little Falls and Fairfield, New Jersey, employs approximately 40 people, and serves pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetics/beauty and other end markets.
