Premium Label & Packaging Solutions Acquires Label Graphics Manufacturing, Inc.

Premium Label & Packaging Solutions (PLPS), a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital (DPC), has acquired Label Graphics Manufacturing, Inc. (LGM), a New Jersey-based converter of custom pressure-sensitive labels and shrink sleeves. LGM operates manufacturing facilities in Little Falls and Fairfield, New Jersey, employs approximately 40 people, and serves pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetics/beauty and other end markets.

Premium Label & Packaging Solutions, a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital, has acquired HP Mile, Inc., together with its brands Label One and Privateer, LTD. HP Mile is a converter of custom pressure-sensitive labels, extended content labels and specialty tapes with manufacturing facilities in Syracuse, New York and Old Saybrook, Connecticut and approximately 40 employees.

FirmaPak Acquires Lighthouse Packaging

FirmaPak, a PE-backed blow-molded packaging platform, has acquired Lighthouse Packaging, a Corona, California-based blow molder and decorator. The deal expands FirmaPak’s West Coast manufacturing footprint and adds in-house screen printing/decoration capabilities while retaining Lighthouse’s employees and leadership.

Resource Label Group Acquires Pharmaceutic Litho and Label Company

Resource Label Group (RLG), a portfolio company of Ares Management, has acquired Pharmaceutic Litho and Label Company (PLLC), a manufacturer of printed inserts, labels and packaging components with locations in Simi Valley, California and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. PLLC will combine with RLG's recently acquired MedLit Solutions to expand and strengthen RLG's national pharmaceutical and healthcare packaging capabilities.

Resource Label Group Acquires MedLit Solutions

Resource Label Group has acquired MedLit Solutions, a pharmaceutical packaging, labeling and printing provider with facilities in North Carolina and New Jersey. The deal is an add-on to Resource Label's platform (a portfolio company of Ares Management) and was a sale by CORE Industrial Partners, which built the MedLit platform through prior tuck-ins and investments.

LBS Acquires Pilgrim Packaging

LBS, a 100% employee‑owned bookbinding and packaging materials company based in Des Moines, acquired Pilgrim Packaging, a specialty converted‑materials supplier to the floral industry. Pilgrim will continue operating from its Huntley, Illinois location as LBS's third division; terms were not disclosed and LBS said it will invest in additional equipment and material offerings to expand converting capabilities.
