The Tranzonic Companies acquired the assets of High-Tech Conversions, Inc., a manufacturer of specialty wiping products and cleanroom supplies based in Enfield, Connecticut. The deal expands Tranzonic’s domestic converting and customization capabilities and is the third acquisition completed by the company since PNC's initial investment in 2018.
