Aurora Capital Partners has acquired Westcoast Gate, a provider of automated gate and perimeter security solutions headquartered in Inglewood, California, from Kian Capital Partners. Terms were not disclosed; Kian grew Westcoast Gate significantly since 2017 (from ~6 to nearly 100 employees) and the company provides installation, maintenance, repair and commercial security solutions across Southern California.

KI Wall Acquires Custom Glass Products, LLC–Wisconsin
