A Plus Tree, a portfolio company of Hyperion Capital Partners, completed the acquisitions of Tree Preservation and Landscaping, The Tree Men, and Treecology to expand its tree care footprint on the U.S. West Coast. The deals strengthen A Plus Tree's presence in Southern California and Portland, Oregon, and bring additional teams and yard footprint to serve commercial and residential clients.

OMERS Private Equity Acquires Network Plus from Livingbridge and Management

Network Plus is headquartered in Worsley, Greater Manchester, employs over 5,000 people across 85 regional offices and depots, and OMERS intends to support the company's growth, bolt-on M&A and role in energy transition and decarbonisation.
