Hyperion Capital Partners Acquires A Plus Tree

Hyperion Capital Partners has completed a control acquisition of A Plus Tree, Inc. from Paula Tibbets and family. Debt financing and equity co-investment for the transaction were provided by Source Capital (SCCO IV) and Plexus Capital, with Hyperion positioning the investment to support continued growth and expansion of A Plus's tree care services across the West Coast.
