Dallas-based private investment firm Crux Capital has partnered with Superscapes, a commercial landscaping design, installation, and maintenance provider in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The investment provides Superscapes with resources to pursue strategic acquisitions and organizational expansion while CEO Shawn Clayton remains in place.

Ethoscapes Acquires Houston Landscapes Unlimited

Ethoscapes, a commercial landscaping platform and portfolio company of Evolution Strategy Partners, has acquired Houston Landscapes Unlimited, a large Houston-area commercial landscape and irrigation contractor. Equity for the transaction was provided by Evolution Strategy Partners alongside Gemini Investors and Genesis Park; financial terms were not disclosed. Dean Carpenter, founder and president of Houston Landscapes Unlimited, was advised by CCG Advisors on the sale.

United Land Services Acquires Four Landscaping-Related Businesses

A Plus Tree, a portfolio company of Hyperion Capital Partners, completed the acquisitions of Tree Preservation and Landscaping, The Tree Men, and Treecology to expand its tree care footprint on the U.S. West Coast. The deals strengthen A Plus Tree's presence in Southern California and Portland, Oregon, and bring additional teams and yard footprint to serve commercial and residential clients.
