Financial terms were not disclosed; Fingerpaint founder Ed Mitzen and the existing management team remain significant investors and will continue to lead the company as it pursues growth and capability expansion across its healthcare-focused marketing, analytics and market-access services.

Fingerpaint Acquires Splice

Fingerpaint, the Saratoga Springs, New York–based health and wellness marketing firm, has acquired Splice, a healthcare communications agency in Emeryville, California, and will fully integrate it into the Fingerpaint brand. Financial terms were not disclosed; Splice co‑founder Paul Hagopian will continue to lead the team and report to Fingerpaint partner Bill McEllen. Knox Lane is a strategic investor in Fingerpaint.

Fingerpaint Acquires MedThink

Fingerpaint Group Acquires BlackPoint Consulting Group
