Volaris Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., has acquired HUSK, a Wayne, Pennsylvania–based corporate wellness and digital health technology provider. HUSK will retain its brand and operate as a separate business unit within the Volaris portfolio to pursue accelerated organic and inorganic growth and further develop its tele-nutrition, tele-mental health, tele-physical therapy and wellness rewards offerings.
