Entercom Communications Corp. has acquired direct-to-consumer sports data and iGaming affiliate platform QL Gaming Group in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $32 million. The deal brings QL Gaming's BetQL app, analytics and subscription capabilities into Entercom's sports audio, podcast and RADIO.COM ecosystem to expand data-driven offerings for sports fans.

QL Gaming Group Acquires AccuScore

The QL Gaming Group (QLGG), owner of the BetQL sports betting analytics platform, has acquired sports simulation and predictive-data provider AccuScore and raised an additional $1.1 million in funding. The acquisition expands BetQL's analytics and IP to accelerate player-prop and in-game predictions and to broaden coverage across international soccer, tennis, golf and eSports.

X1 Esports Acquires ShiftRLE Assets

X1 Esports and Entertainment (CSE:XONE) has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire ShiftRLE, a Las Vegas–based online news outlet focused on the Rocket League esports community. The deal pays US$50,000 in cash, 333,333 common shares of X1 and a revenue-based earnout, and is intended to expand X1's video game media portfolio and reach into Gen Z audiences.

iQSTEL Acquires 51% Stake in QXTEL

iQSTEL Inc. has entered into a binding agreement to acquire 51% of the capital stock of QXTEL, a wholesale telecommunications provider with offices across Miami, London, Buenos Aires, Istanbul, Belgrade and Dubai. Management said the deal nearly doubles iQSTEL's revenue, brings new wholesale carrier customers and executive talent, and will be integrated to drive operating efficiencies and margin expansion.

Palisades Growth Capital and Family Offices Acquire QLess

Pasadena-based digital queuing provider QLess completed a financing round that resulted in a change in control, with Palisades Growth Capital and a syndicate of family offices becoming the company's new owners.
