The QL Gaming Group (QLGG), owner of the BetQL sports betting analytics platform, has acquired sports simulation and predictive-data provider AccuScore and raised an additional $1.1 million in funding. The acquisition expands BetQL's analytics and IP to accelerate player-prop and in-game predictions and to broaden coverage across international soccer, tennis, golf and eSports.

XSET Acquires Queens Gaming Collective

Gambling.com Group Limited (Nasdaq: GAMB) completed the acquisition of Freebets.com and related European and Canadian affiliate assets from XLMedia for total consideration of $37.5–$42.5 million. The acquired assets are expected to generate approximately $10.0 million of revenue and $5.0 million of incremental Adjusted EBITDA through the remainder of 2024 and will strengthen Gambling.com Group's presence across European regulated online gambling markets.

DraftKings Inc. has agreed to acquire Jackpocket, a leading U.S. digital lottery app, for approximately $750 million in a combination of cash and DraftKings Class A common stock. The acquisition lets DraftKings enter the U.S. digital lottery market to expand its product offering, drive cross-sell into sportsbook and iGaming, and enhance customer lifetime value; the deal is expected to close in the second half of 2024 subject to regulatory approvals.
