DraftKings Inc. Acquires Jackpocket for Approximately $750 Million

DraftKings Inc. has agreed to acquire Jackpocket, a leading U.S. digital lottery app, for approximately $750 million in a combination of cash and DraftKings Class A common stock. The acquisition lets DraftKings enter the U.S. digital lottery market to expand its product offering, drive cross-sell into sportsbook and iGaming, and enhance customer lifetime value; the deal is expected to close in the second half of 2024 subject to regulatory approvals.
