Enthusiast Gaming Holdings Inc. acquired Outplayed, Inc., the owner of U.GG, for approximately $45 million in cash and stock plus up to $12 million in earnouts. The acquisition brings U.GG's ~8 million monthly active League of Legends users and data-driven analytics capabilities into Enthusiast Gaming's media and esports platform to expand its reach in the League of Legends community.
