Operio Group Acquires the Elizabeth Family of Companies

Operio Group, a Fort Worth-based holding company, has acquired Elizabeth Carbide Die Co. Inc., Elizabeth-HATA, and Scheu & Kniss — three U.S.-based manufacturers of tablet tooling, tablet presses, blister-pack tooling and related press parts. The deal expands Operio's portfolio of solid-dose manufacturing solutions and brings manufacturing, parts and service capabilities into its platform to better serve pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and related end markets.

Lion Equity Partners Acquires Global Compression Services from Warren Equipment Company

Lion Equity Partners, a Denver-based private equity firm, has acquired Global Compression Services (GCS) from Warren Equipment Company. GCS, headquartered in Midland, Texas, is a global distributor and manufacturer of OEM and aftermarket parts for reciprocating natural gas engines and compressors; Lion Equity said the acquisition will support growth, capability expansion, and operational improvements in the natural gas compression aftermarket.

Foreside Financial Group has acquired Cipperman Compliance Services (CCS) to strengthen its outsourced chief compliance officer (CCO) capabilities and complement its distribution solutions. CCS, based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, brings approximately 25 employees and more than 100 clients and will maintain its Pennsylvania presence; financial terms were not disclosed.

Encore Oilfield Services Acquires Custom Compression Systems

Encore Oilfield Services, LLC has acquired Custom Compression Systems, LLC (formerly Williamson Production Systems), a New Iberia, Louisiana-based manufacturer of gas compression systems. The deal adds 103,000 square feet of manufacturing space, heavy lifting capacity (two 80-ton cranes and 70-foot eave heights) and access to 225,000 horsepower of Caterpillar natural gas engines through a partnership with Louisiana Cat, expanding Encore's compression packaging and manufacturing capabilities.

Sterling Infrastructure Acquires Concrete Construction Services of Arizona (CCS)

Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. (NasdaqGS: STRL) acquired Concrete Construction Services of Arizona L.L.C. (CCS) in a tuck-in transaction for a purchase price of $22 million paid in cash and Sterling common stock. CCS, which generates approximately $70 million in annual revenues and provides residential post-tension concrete foundations in the Greater Phoenix area, expands Sterling’s Building Solutions capacity and service offering in Arizona.

Kodiak Gas Services Acquires CSI Compressco LP for $854M in All-Equity Deal

Kodiak Gas Services, Inc. agreed to acquire CSI Compressco LP in an all-equity transaction valued at approximately $854 million (including assumed net debt of $619 million), creating the largest contract compression fleet in the industry. The deal expands Kodiak’s service offerings into CSI Compressco’s treating, gas cooling and aftermarket services, is expected to be accretive to cash flow, and targets at least $20 million of annual run-rate synergies.
