MajorKey Technologies, backed by The Acacia Group, has acquired Chicago-based identity and cloud security firm Legion Star. The deal adds roughly 40 identity and cloud security specialists to MajorKey, expanding its identity governance, access management, and cloud security capabilities and positioning the combined business as a leading pure-play identity security provider.
