CIVC Partners has made a growth equity investment in KeyData Associates to support the Toronto-headquartered identity security specialist’s expansion across adjacent cybersecurity services and to fund strategic add-on acquisitions. KeyData’s founder and CEO Rosa Caputo remains a significant stakeholder and will continue to lead the business as the firm scales its advisory, systems-integration and managed identity services across North America.

System High Acquires ManageYOURiD

CACI Acquires ID Technologies from The Acacia Group

CACI International acquired Ashburn, Virginia–based ID Technologies, a mid-tier provider of enterprise IT, CSfC-compliant cybersecurity products, and managed services to U.S. federal customers. The acquisition, which closed on December 29, 2021 for $225 million, expands CACI's secure network modernization, remote-access, and cloud/IaaS capabilities for defense, intelligence, and federal civilian markets.

ID5 Acquires TrueData

ID5 has acquired TrueData, a US-based identity graph company, and the combined company will operate under the ID5 brand. The deal integrates TrueData’s identity graph with ID5’s Adaptive Identity technology to create a privacy-first, global identity solution for advertisers, publishers and data partners; TrueData executives Scott Conine and Jon Durkee will join ID5’s leadership team. The merged organization will operate with roughly 80 employees across North America, Europe and Asia and significantly strengthens ID5’s presence in the US market.

Ping Identity Acquires Keyless

Ping Identity has completed its acquisition of Keyless, integrating Keyless' zero-knowledge biometric authentication technology into Ping's identity platform to strengthen defenses against AI-driven identity attacks and enable device-independent, privacy-preserving biometric verification. The acquisition expands Ping's capabilities for customer, workforce and B2B identity use cases; financial terms were not disclosed.
