Sift, the digital trust and fraud-prevention platform, acquired Keyless, a UK-based pioneer in passwordless biometric authentication, to integrate privacy-preserving, zero-knowledge authentication into Sift’s account defense and fraud-prevention offerings. The acquisition brings Keyless’ FIDO-certified, PSD2-capable biometric technology and team into Sift to reduce account takeover (ATO) risk for regulated businesses and online merchants globally.

Ping Identity Acquires SecuredTouch

Ping Identity Holding Corp. has acquired SecuredTouch, a Tel Aviv-based leader in behavioral-biometrics fraud and bot detection, to strengthen Ping's identity fraud detection and mitigation capabilities. SecuredTouch's technology will be integrated into the PingOne Cloud Platform to provide advanced signals and step-up authentication to reduce fraud and improve customer experience.

1Password Acquires Passage Identity

Thoma Bravo Acquires Ping Identity

Terms were not disclosed; Onfido reported more than $140 million in annual revenue and over 500 employees prior to the transaction.
