Sift, the digital trust and fraud-prevention platform, acquired Keyless, a UK-based pioneer in passwordless biometric authentication, to integrate privacy-preserving, zero-knowledge authentication into Sift’s account defense and fraud-prevention offerings. The acquisition brings Keyless’ FIDO-certified, PSD2-capable biometric technology and team into Sift to reduce account takeover (ATO) risk for regulated businesses and online merchants globally.
