Charterhouse Acquires ESTYA (formerly ERIS)

Charterhouse Capital Partners has agreed to acquire ESTYA (formerly ERIS), a leading French provider of electronic fire safety and security systems, in a transaction in which ESTYA's management are reinvesting and Chequers Capital will remain a significant shareholder. Headquartered in Paris, ESTYA delivers around €120m in revenue from a network of 15 agencies and will partner with Charterhouse to professionalise and internationalise the business through organic growth and M&A across France and other European markets.

Eurazeo to Acquire Eres Group Stake from IK Partners

Eurazeo has signed an agreement to acquire the stake in French fintech Eres Group from IK Partners' IK VIII Fund; financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. Eres, headquartered in Paris, is a leading provider of employee profit-sharing, retirement schemes and asset management with approximately €6.7 billion in assets under management and a distribution network of over 6,600 distributors.
