The Timken Company has acquired Intelligent Machine Solutions (iMS), a Norton Shores, Michigan manufacturer of seventh-axis robotic transfer units (RTUs) and gantry systems. The acquisition expands Timken’s Rollon linear motion product range into larger, heavy-duty applications and strengthens Rollon’s U.S. footprint and end-market coverage in sectors such as packaging, aerospace and automotive.
