365 Retail Markets, a McCarthy Capital‑backed provider of self-service point-of-sale solutions, acquired Oakland-based smart-store technology company Stockwell. 365 will integrate Stockwell's computer-vision, AI and machine-learning platform into its 365 POS ecosystem, hire select team members, and continue to support Stockwell's 1,000+ installed locations.
