Casago has completed the acquisition of Vacasa, combining the two vacation rental management businesses to create an industry-leading platform managing over 40,000 properties across North America, Central America and the Caribbean. Proptech platform Roofstock invested in the transaction and will partner with the combined company to provide technology and marketplace capabilities; Vacasa’s common stock has ceased trading on Nasdaq.

Argano Acquires Mountain State Software Solutions (MS3)

Argano, a Trinity Hunt portfolio company, has acquired Mountain State Software Solutions (MS3), a Charles Town, West Virginia-based IT consulting firm specializing in multi-cloud, API integration and DevOps. MS3 will be rebranded as ArganoMS3 and the acquisition expands Argano's integration, middleware and cloud engineering capabilities to better serve commercial and federal clients.

Solace Capital Partners Acquires Sun Mountain Sports

Los Angeles-based private equity firm Solace Capital Partners has acquired Sun Mountain Sports, a Missoula, Montana-based maker of golf bags, push carts and performance outerwear, from founder Rick Reimers. White Oak provided $40 million in term loan financing and a $10 million ABL revolver to support the transaction; Sun Mountain will remain headquartered in Missoula and be led by existing management with Ed Kowachek named CEO.

Cabins for YOU Acquires Chalet Village

Cabins for YOU, a family-owned Gatlinburg vacation rental operator, has acquired Chalet Village and launched the Chalet Village by Cabins for YOU arm. The deal transfers about 10 employees and six contract cleaners to Cabins for YOU and expands its portfolio of short-term rental properties in the Ski Mountain area of Gatlinburg.
