Outdoor Living Supply (OLS), a Trilantic-backed outdoor living distribution platform, has acquired Mid-Atlantic Concrete Products (based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina) and South-Atlantic Concrete Products (based in Cumming, Georgia). The acquisitions expand OLS's store network and give the platform a stronger foothold in the commercial hardscape market while retaining key leadership from both companies in advisory and operating roles.
