Mid-market private equity firm LDC has made a growth investment in scarlettabbott, the UK employee engagement and internal communications consultancy co‑founded by Jonathan Abbott and Rachel Thornton. The founders move to Non-Executive Director roles while LDC will back CEO Jeremy Petty and the management team to invest in products, services and people and accelerate growth, with a target to double headcount within five years.
