Noverra (Noverra Group of Companies) acquired Troy Forming Concrete, a Colorado-based concrete forming and foundation contractor, in a transaction that closed in summer 2018. The deal provided founder Troy Lynn with a phased transition and ongoing participation in future earnings while Noverra supported development of an internal successor (Noah Weiler) who later became President.
