Trueform Concrete, part of the Renovation Brands platform (a portfolio company of Comvest Partners), has acquired JM Lifestyles, a Randolph, New Jersey-based maker of decorative and wood-like concrete surfaces. The add-on expands Renovation Brands' decorative concrete capabilities, adding production capacity, new product and design capabilities, and artisanal craftsmanship to the Trueform Concrete / Blendhouse businesses.
