Renovation Brands Acquires Trueform Concrete and Blendhouse

Renovation Brands, a home-improvement eCommerce platform owned by Digital Fuel Capital, has acquired artisanal decorative concrete makers Trueform Concrete and its sister company Blendhouse. The add-on transaction brings Trueform and Blendhouse’s GFRC and custom concrete products and materials into Renovation Brands’ portfolio to expand its decorative surfaces offering and serve architects, designers and high-end residential and commercial customers.
