Renovation Brands, a parent company of multiple online home improvement brands (owned by Digital Fuel Capital), has acquired Profile Designs, a Port Richey, Florida-based maker of artisanal decorative finishes for American Tin Ceilings. The acquisition will expand American Tin Ceilings' capacity for custom finish projects and broaden Renovation Brands' product offerings in the home improvement / building products market.
