The Renco Group, a private, family-owned investment holding company based in New York, has acquired Renfro Brands, a century-old sock designer, manufacturer and brand steward headquartered in Mount Airy, North Carolina. The acquisition will support The Renco Group's manufacturing portfolio expansion and fund investments in Renfro's brand management, consumer connectivity and supply chain resilience.
