GHO Capital Partners LLP has made a majority investment in Sanner Group (Sanner GmbH), a Germany‑based manufacturer of active packaging solutions and components for pharmaceutical, diagnostic, nutraceutical and medtech customers. GHO will partner with the Sanner family and existing management to accelerate global expansion—including capacity expansion in Germany and China and entry into the U.S.—and to invest in product development, sustainability and sales growth.

Sanner Group Acquires Springboard Pro

Charles River Laboratories Acquires Cellero

Charles River Laboratories (CRL) completed the acquisition of Cellero, a provider of donor and patient apheresis services, GMP-grade biomaterials, and custom laboratory services, for approximately $38 million in cash. The purchase, from Ampersand Capital Partners, expands Charles River's capabilities and offerings in cell and gene therapy support services worldwide.

Berlin Packaging Acquires Andler Packaging Group

Berlin Packaging acquired Andler Packaging Group, a value-added distributor of glass, plastic and metal containers and closures, expanding its pharmaceutical and nutraceutical capabilities and adding multiple distribution centers across New England. The family-owned Andler business — founded in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1893 — will retain all employees and locations as part of Berlin Packaging's North American expansion.

Alera Group Acquires Sutter, McLellan & Gilbreath

The acquisition expands Alera Group’s presence in Georgia and adds employee benefits and property & casualty capabilities to its platform; terms were not disclosed.
