The Pritzker Organization Acquires Epic Staffing Group

The Pritzker Organization (TPO), the family merchant bank for the Tom Pritzker family, agreed to acquire Epic Staffing Group in an all-cash transaction with closing expected in the second or third quarter of 2022. Epic, a diversified national staffing provider serving life sciences, healthcare and schools and previously backed by Webster Equity Partners, will be supported by TPO to accelerate organic growth and future acquisitions; financing commitments were provided by Truist Securities and Wells Fargo Securities.

Premier Radiology Services, a private equity-backed teleradiology provider, has acquired Specialists in Diagnostic Imaging (d/b/a NationalRad), a Deerfield Beach, Florida-based subspecialty teleradiology group. The acquisition expands Premier's subspecialty capabilities and clinical capacity for outpatient imaging centers, orthopedic practices, university healthcare systems and other customers; financial terms were not disclosed.

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants Acquires Pharmaceutical Strategies Group

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants has agreed to acquire Pharmaceutical Strategies Group (PSG), the nation’s largest independent pharmacy benefit consulting firm, and will integrate PSG into its Employee Benefits Consulting practice. PSG — which reports generating more than $4.8 billion in drug cost savings for clients annually — will operate as “Pharmaceutical Strategies Group – an EPIC company,” with PSG leadership remaining in place to continue developing drug management solutions.

Grovecourt Capital Partners Acquires Premier Radiology Services
