ESTELA, a PE-backed digital compliance platform supported by Accel-KKR, acquired Chilean electronic invoicing software provider DBNet and Peruvian digital compliance provider DigiFlow to expand its footprint in the Southern Cone. The deals extend ESTELA's electronic invoicing and fiscal compliance capabilities across Chile and Peru, broadening its reach to thousands of enterprise customers in distribution, logistics, public services and business services.

Patricia Santoni was appointed CEO of the combined business as Accel‑KKR looks to expand capability, deliver product innovation and pursue strategic acquisitions in the region.

TCI Entertainment Acquires Gaming e‑Commerce Platform Stocket

TCI Acquisition Company, Inc. (dba TCI Entertainment) acquired the patented gaming e‑commerce platform Stocket from a Florida state court receivership in a court‑approved stock-and-cash transaction valued at $10,757,000. The deal gives TCI ownership of a mobile game-commerce platform (patented in 2019) that the company intends to deploy to combine mobile gaming with e‑commerce and monetize via player-driven virtual storefronts.
