(dba TCI Entertainment) acquired the patented gaming e‑commerce platform Stocket from a Florida state court receivership in a court‑approved stock-and-cash transaction valued at $10,757,000. The deal gives TCI ownership of a mobile game-commerce platform (patented in 2019) that the company intends to deploy to combine mobile gaming with e‑commerce and monetize via player-driven virtual storefronts.
