Tahoe Network Infrastructure Acquires E-Vergent

Tahoe Network Infrastructure LLC, a Spokane-based fiber optic broadband investment company, acquired Wisconsin-based regional fiber and fixed wireless provider E-Vergent for $11.2 million. The deal was financed with $6.5 million of senior debt (arranged by Concentra Capital Group), a seller note and equity; Tahoe plans to invest an additional $10 million to expand E-Vergent's regional footprint and increase customer penetration.
