GPRS (CIVC Portfolio Company) Acquires Master Locators' Utility Locating Business

The deal brings Master Locators' regional team and leadership (including COO Kyle Sareyka joining GPRS as Northeast Regional Director) into GPRS to add scale across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.
