GPRS, a portfolio company of CIVC Partners, has acquired the utility locating business of Master Locators, Inc., expanding GPRS' presence in the Northeastern United States. The deal brings Master Locators' regional team and leadership (including COO Kyle Sareyka joining GPRS as Northeast Regional Director) into GPRS to add scale across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.
