Volaris/AssetWorks Acquires Assets of Go Solutions Group

Volaris Group Inc., through its AssetWorks Risk Management business, acquired the assets of Go Solutions Group, Inc., a Lansing, Michigan-based provider of special education documentation and Medicaid billing software (GoClaim). Go Solutions will continue operating under its brand and its team has joined AssetWorks to expand AssetWorks' K-12 special education and Medicaid reimbursement capabilities.

Volaris (AssetWorks Risk Management) Acquires Oasys, LLC

Volaris Group, through its AssetWorks Risk Management business unit, has acquired the assets of Oasys, LLC, a Franklin, Wisconsin–based provider of special education software for K-12 school districts. The acquisition expands AssetWorks’ offering for K-12 customers by adding a full special education suite (IEPs, RTI, Section 504, Medicaid reimbursement and related modules).

World Insurance Associates Acquires Volaris Insurance Group

World Insurance Associates LLC acquired the business of Volaris Insurance Group, LLC (based in Tampa, Florida) on December 31, 2022; terms were not disclosed. The deal brings Volaris's specialty capabilities in trucking and cell-tower insurance into World’s national brokerage platform to expand its commercial insurance offerings.

Lightbulb Analytics will continue to operate under its brand and its telematics solutions will be integrated into AssetWorks' fleet management offerings; Professor Colin Tourick, owner of Lightbulb Analytics, commented on the transaction.

The deal expands Volaris’ Communications & Media vertical, adding billing and managed-services capabilities and supporting MDS Global’s push to grow its cloud-based billing-as-a-service internationally.
