Advania Acquires Content+Cloud from ECI

Advania has agreed to acquire UK Microsoft partner Content+Cloud from private equity firm ECI, with the transaction expected to close in December 2021 and generating a reported 4.1x return for ECI. Content+Cloud, backed by ECI since 2016, operates as a managed services and digital transformation provider across Microsoft clouds with roughly 800 employees across UK offices and Cape Town.
