Fenix Parts (Fenix Parent LLC), a PE-backed automotive recycler and reseller, has acquired Assured Auto Parts in San Antonio, Texas to expand its Texas footprint and better serve customers in the San Antonio–Austin region. The deal strengthens Fenix's regional network and is consistent with the company’s add-on acquisition strategy while benefitting from backing by Stellex Capital Management.
