Arco Platform Limited Acquires COC and Dom Bosco Learning Systems

Arco Platform Limited (Nasdaq: ARCE) completed the acquisition of the COC and Dom Bosco learning systems, receiving final antitrust approval from Brazil's CADE and paying a total purchase price of R$800.4 million (adjusted for cash and working capital). The deal strengthens Arco’s leadership in the private K–12 segment by broadening its geographic reach and pricing coverage and creating cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across its partner schools.
