Evolv, a payment acceptance solutions provider headquartered in Newburgh, Indiana, has acquired Virginia-based EnzoPay and will rebrand the business as Evolv Mid-Atlantic. The deal strengthens Evolv's distribution network and expands its presence and capabilities across the Mid-Atlantic (Virginia, DC, Maryland, New Jersey).

Evolv, Inc. Acquires 253 Payment Pros

Evolv, Inc. (via its Evolv St. Louis office) completed a capital investment and acquisition of 253 Payment Pros, a merchant services/ISO business based in Kirkland, Washington. The deal brings 253 Payment Pros' merchant base and independent sales network into Evolv's platform and will integrate Evolv's digital marketing solutions to drive revenue growth across the western United States.

EVO Payments Acquires North49 Business Solutions

EVO Payments, Inc. has acquired North49 Business Solutions, a Sage Development Partner that provides accounts receivable automation and certified integrations for Sage 300 and Sage Intacct. The acquisition expands EVO's ERP integration portfolio to include the Sage ecosystem, enabling EVO to offer bundled B2B payment solutions to Sage users and to sign new partners and merchants within that channel.
