EVO Payments, Inc. has acquired North49 Business Solutions, a Sage Development Partner that provides accounts receivable automation and certified integrations for Sage 300 and Sage Intacct. The acquisition expands EVO's ERP integration portfolio to include the Sage ecosystem, enabling EVO to offer bundled B2B payment solutions to Sage users and to sign new partners and merchants within that channel.

Manchester-based managed services specialist BCN Group has acquired Evo-soft, a UK Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist, to broaden its Microsoft Dynamics capabilities and deliver core business application services to its mid-market customers. The deal follows ECI Partners’ earlier investment in BCN and is intended to enhance BCN’s solution portfolio with Evo-soft’s verticalised products (Evo-supply and Evo-Auction) and implementation/support expertise.

FLEX Capital Acquires Evo IT GmbH

FLEX Capital has acquired Evo IT GmbH, a Vienna-headquartered custom software provider (brands Evolit and Evol.X) serving mobility, energy, public sector and industrial clients. Frankfurt-based investor VR Equitypartner, the majority shareholder since 2019, sold its stake while the founders remain partially invested and the existing management team will continue to lead the company as it pursues geographic expansion in Germany and capability growth (particularly AI).
