Aliter Capital Acquires ITM Communications

Aliter Capital LLP has completed an investment in ITM Communications Ltd, a Milton Keynes–based network connectivity and IT managed services provider, establishing ITM as a new platform for Aliter's Fund II. The ITM management team will remain in place; the company employs around 85 people and Aliter intends to support organic growth and pursue bolt-on acquisitions to scale ITM nationally.
