The capital will support CarbonQuest’s commercial expansion into new end markets (including biogenic CO2 and utility infrastructure) and further development of its Carbon Management Software; Riverbend partners Joe Passanante and Eric Danziger will join CarbonQuest’s board.

The sale transfers ownership of the plant (formerly part of the Milepost Power portfolio) as Hull Street Energy exits the asset and the new owners take on a local generation and grid-reliability asset.
