Tech24, a national provider of repair and maintenance services backed by HCI Equity Partners, acquired 1st Source Restaurant Services on September 29, 2022 as its thirteenth add‑on. The acquisition expands Tech24’s coverage in Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth, San Antonio and Arkansas) and adds a team led by CEO Travis Fogle to the platform.

Tendril Acquires FirstFuel Software

Tendril has acquired FirstFuel Software to expand its utility customer engagement offerings into commercial and industrial (C&I) customers. The deal is Tendril's third acquisition since a private equity-led investment (Rubicon Technology Partners) and brings FirstFuel’s meter-data-driven energy analytics and virtual audit capabilities into Tendril’s portfolio, which already targets utilities’ residential customers.

E Source Acquires CF Power

Xenspire Group, a Massachusetts-based staffing provider led by CEO Ram Konduru, acquired OneSource Professional Search LLC, a Mandeville, Louisiana-based technical and financial search firm focused on the oil and gas industry. The deal closed Sept. 6 (announced Sept. 16) as OneSource owners pursued full retirement; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition represents a strategic and geographic expansion for Xenspire.
